Duropal^® - tailor made pigment blends

Habich holds the technology to produce electrostatically fixed blends of inorganic and organic pigments in powder.

Based on this technology a wide range of different colour shades - according to RAL, NCS, Pantone or the demands of the customers - can be offered.

In addition the application of the blends is considered, e.g. for which type of lacquers or plastics they will be used later on (light- and weatherfastness, temperature resistance, ...).

Advantage

• no mixing by the customer himself is needed, avoiding all possibly arising problems (dust, error in measurement, ...)

• reduction of the number of required raw materials, only one pigment blend instead of several types of pigments 

• no separation of pigments during storage, transport or in the final formulation
